Episode #226 Shownotes

This turned into a very long, angry and emotionally draining show to record and edit. I normally record and edit this podcast in about a day, but this one took me 4 days. Given this I decided to push back the release to this week. I wouldn't have been comfortable putting out a show I was less than happy about and this way I put out the best one I could, even if that means being 'off-air' for yet another week.
