These shows seem to be getting more personal. Far too long talking about the NFL draft and the shabby treatment of Nick Clegg. Sorry about that, but I've basically given up producing this show for anyone beside me.
Joseph A. Peragine's story is extraordinary. Here's a video he produced that's part documentary and part EPK.

Since the recording of this show the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the NFL draft have happened. Jimmy Clausen eventually ended up at the Carolina Panthers in the 2nd Round. The Panthers must be praising whatever deity they pray to. It's a perfect fit for both the Panthers and Clausen. The Bears selected a player called Major Wright with their 1st pick. Exactly who I thought they would draft and exactly what we needed. You gotta love some of the bizarre names that NFL players have. Who the hell calls their kid 'Major'...
Another reminder that Dr. Who spoilers are between 57:10 and 1:04:30.
Sometimes the video playlist can demonstrate the diversity that you can find on this show. 2 completely diverse musical and video styles in this weeks playlist.

Episode #139 Shownotes
A busy evening means I'm later than usual in posting the shownotes/video links. Sorry about that if anyone was waiting for them.
Sorry about the bit in the middle that unexpectedly seemed to turn into a party political broadcast. I do think it's important for everyone to vote, especially my British listeners in the upcoming General Election. The last poll data at time of writing this has the Liberal Democrats actually leading. I doubt it means anything, but it's still personally exciting.
Remember to check out Who Should You Vote For? A great opportunity to make you really think about your political views.
The start of Ardennes week has already started at time of writing, but I won't bore you with the results here. I'll just bore you with the results on next weeks show...
Only 2 videos this week, but they are both weird, inexplicable pieces.

Episode #138 Shownotes
Another warning that there are spoilers for Matt Smith's 1st episode of Dr. Who between 10:02 and 21:52. It's ironic that my schedule this weekend has meant that I am releasing this instead of watching Episode 2 live. I'm off downstairs to watch it as soon as this bugger is released...
Another ear-splitting rant this week about the poor behaviour of people on internet message boards. I know it's an easy target to get angry about and you should never engage with trolls, but I just can't help it. When I get angry I rant. And now I've got the bumper to prove it.
Be grateful I decided against a discussion of Cycling this week. I think I'll save it for the next episode. The Paris-Roubaix race is tomorrow and no doubt I'll have a chat about it. It's one of the biggest one day races on the calendar, with the charming nickname of 'The Hell of the North'.
A typical selection of videos this week. Only 1 of the 8 bands played had the funds to release a 'proper' video, so we have 3 live performances and 1 video made from public domain footage. The Caravan Palace video is pretty cool though.

Episode #137 Shownotes
A couple of glitchy moments in this weeks show. I thought the recording problems were behind me...
I'm not going anywhere for easter, but I am really looking forward to the new series of Dr. Who and the Tour of Flanders cycling race this weekend and also Castle starting Wednesday.
Interesting video by Bark Bark Disco this week.
